DELIVERY
- $60 flat fee for any location within 10 miles from our warehouse. $5 per each additional mile (calculated from 2633 E. 28th Street, Suite 612, Signal Hill CA 90755)
- Includes delivery and installation of garland (no delivery or instal of silver size)
- NO delivery of rental items included
TERMS
- 50% deposit is REQUIRED to process booking
- We are not responsible for popped, damaged, or deflated balloons due to lack of care or weather post-installation
CUSTOMIZATION
- Prices noted are starting, bases prices – florals, double-stuffed balloons, Balloon Glow, Hi-Shine, XL balloons, helium, etc. are custom add-ons and will be priced accordingly

Balloon FAQ’s
Are you able to create a custom shape or size garland outside of your standard garland options?
Yes! We love when our customers come to us with something original and creative and are more than happy to take those orders on. Please just have inspiration photos of the design you have in mind and pricing will be determined based on size and complexity.
I’m interested in rentals and balloons. Can your team deliver and set up all of my rentals at the same time as the balloon installation?
We currently do not offer delivery of any rental items. Please head to “inventory” to view all of our rental items, check availability, and book rentals directly there. Once your rental order is placed, fill out our balloon services form to discuss the specifics of your balloon needs with one of our team members! Delivery and installation is available for our “gold”, “platinum”, “royal” and custom sized balloon garlands.
My event’s been canceled! How do I cancel the balloon portion of my order?
As soon as balloon deposit amounts are paid, we instantly go to work bringing your vision to life – this includes purchasing materials specific to your order (colors, sizes, etc). Because of this, customers are responsible for the full amount of materials upon a canceled order.
What does double stuffing mean?
Because latex balloons are slightly transparent, anytime you double stuff them the two colors will blend to create a unique color.
