delivery requirements

 

  • $315 minimum rental order before taxes (not including balloons) required to qualify for delivery.

     

  • Delivery location must be within 15 miles of warehouse 2945 Cherry Ave., Signal Hill, CA 90755

Timing (Not flexible)

  • HOURS AVAILABLE FOR DROP-OFF:
    Friday between 9 am – 12 pm

  • HOURS AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP:
    Monday between 9 am – 12 pm

Payment

  •  Cost for delivery services = $150 (for any location within 15 miles of  warehouse) – $8 each additional mile  
  • 50% of the rental and delivery amount is required to confirm the order and book delivery service.
  • The remaining balance is automatically charged to the card on file post-delivery drop-off.

Q: How do I qualify for delivery?

A: In order to have the option to add on Crowned Rentals delivery services, your rental order must be a minimum amount of $315 and the delivery location must be within 15 miles of our warehouse.

Q: When can I expect my order to be delivered before my event and picked up after my event?
A: Our staff will delivery your order the Friday before your event date between 9 – 11 a.m. Our staff will pick up the rentals from the same location the Monday following your event between 9 – 11 a.m.

Q: I’m not available during the delivery and pick up windows. Can you accommodate a specific day and time for me?
A: We are only able to offer delivery during the days and times set. We do hope to be able to offer a more flexible delivery schedule in the future.
Q: What can I expect for the delivery process on Friday morning?
A: Our team members will arrive at the event address between 9-11 a.m. The customer whose name is on the order must be present for our team members to release the items. If the customer cannot be present during this time, please notify us ahead of time with the name of who they’ll be meeting. A valid driver’s license is required upon meeting. Our team members will go through your items with you, which includes an inspection. A signature is required after inspection. Our team members will place the items in a safe, preferably indoor, area for you to keep them until event set up time.

A: Our team members will arrive at the event address between 9-11 a.m. The customer whose name is on the order must be present for our team members to release the items. If the customer cannot be present during this time, please notify us ahead of time with the name of who they’ll be meeting. A valid driver’s license is required upon meeting. Our team members will go through your items with you, which includes an inspection. A signature is required after inspection.

Q: My rental order does meet the minimum amount, but I want to add balloons, which will make my rental+balloon order exceed $315. Can you offer delivery of rentals in this case?
A: Unfortunately, the rental amount alone must exceed $315 to have the option for rental delivery. You still have the option for balloon delivery come the day of your event!
